Importers - types - ability to import configuration data of required parameters and identifiers

The element type importer has been expanded with additional possibilities to import new parameters added in recent releases. We can import flags enabling the definition of warehouse/delivery parameters and a list of these parameters.

Refer to the warehouse documentation to learn more about the functionality of parametric warehouses and deliveries.

Warehouse - displayed parameter - definable rule

Warehouses have the ability to define additional rules for displaying parameters. Warehouses have the ability to display the parameter values of material stored in the warehouse. Previously, only the direct value of a parameter could be displayed. Now you can use equations and the current quantity in stock to display additional values.

For example, we can store the unit length of the material in the parameter and the total length in the quantity. Using the equation and the above-mentioned parameters, we can display the number of unit pieces of the material to the user.

Mobile - changing ListSelect to Grid in mobile views - widget in Chrome Mobile

In the AMAGE Shell mobile application and Android phones with the Chrome browser, some lists were displayed in a specific way as a combobox checkbox. This was browser specific behavior. We have now changed the display of these lists to the standard list.

Deliveries - Editor - Selecting a warehouse with one location selects that location immediately

In delivery and warehouse documents, the function of selecting an automatic storage location has been added after selecting a warehouse when we only have one storage location in this warehouse. This simplifies operation.

Delivery - delivery document - additional information about the total value of the document after checking

An additional field has been added to the delivery details view to display the value of the material after checking. Sometimes we modify material quantities during checking (shortages, replenishments) and this field shows the value of items in stock.

Deliveries, Warehouse - do not block document saving when the number of identifiers does not match the amount of material

In the delivery and warehouse editors, the document approval lock has been removed when the number of material quantities does not match the number of entered codes. This makes it easier for operations that expect such a function. This does not change the way information about the correctness of entering this data is displayed.

Integrations - communication channels - after operation, do not delete files, move them to a selected folder in the data warehouse

Additional security has been added to the integration mechanism when integrating EDI documents transferred via a directory or FTP/SFTP server. After sending the file/files for integration, they are not deleted on the server, but sent to the data warehouse for archiving.

Shell - list of beacons - mark a beacon whose scope has disappeared in the last read

The AMAGE Shell mobile application includes a browser for active Bluetooth beacons. From now on, for a device that does not transmit its data for more than 5 seconds, the text colors change to dark gray. In this way, you can easily identify devices that have disappeared from the range but were previously read. When notifications return from these devices, the text returns to its normal color.

Mobile - warehouse - browser of materials in the warehouse

In the mobile part of the system, the ability to view material properties in stock has been added. Code scanning is active in the warehouse view. After scanning the code (in the AMAGE Shell application), the system searches for a code - either material codes (e.g. GS-1) or a unique code of an item in stock. After detecting them, it takes us to the detail view of this inventory item.

You can also activate this option manually.

Warehouse - split document - deleting a split document restores the state of the warehouse and the original document

In the previous version of the system, the ability to divide a warehouse document into parts was added. In this case, selected elements from the initial document were transferred to the target document (and to another warehouse).

In this version, additional logic has been added to the procedure for deleting a warehouse document. We recognize that the document being deleted was created as a target document for document division and, in addition to deleting this document, we restore the state of the source document (and its storage) to the initial state.

Delivery/Ordering/Warehouse - adding multiple items with the same type but different parameters

The system has been expanded to include the ability to support the entire ordering, delivery and warehouse process by identifying individual materials through specific parameters of these materials. Sometimes it is necessary to track not only individual material types, but also specific properties of a batch of material. Using this configuration, we can track the delivery of materials of the same type but different parameters, e.g. melting, catalog data, certificates, etc.

001 aweb 3615 8facf
001 aweb 3615 07ca8
Configuration of deployment flags is required to enable this functionality. By default, the system works as in previous versions, i.e. it does not distinguish these types of parameters in deliveries.

Warehouse - storing elements of the same type but different parameters

Warehouse - ability to define parameters of elements displayed in the form of columns

Delivery/Doc. Warehouse - ability to assign identifiers to received items

Using the configuration option in the implementation configuration, we can enable the function of registering unique identifiers for delivery/warehouse items. This allows for unique identification of the material during delivery and warehouse operations, which allows for the issuance of a specific type of material.

In connection with the parameterization of deliveries and the warehouse, we can precisely track the material flow from deliveries through warehouse turnover to release with full documentation of the parameters that are associated with a given element. The use of codes additionally increases the certainty of material identification.

Order, Delivery, Warehouse - always get unit by type

The system has been modified and the place of unit definition (meter, liter, etc.) for element types has been unified. From now on, an entity is defined only in the element type and all documents refer to this definition.

Please remember that we use the unit to define the precision of quantity representation in documents/warehouse. Pieces are an integer, but other units have their own decimal place precision.

Supervision - ID registration - download parameters from warehouse properties

The supervision module has been expanded to include the ability to track the parameters of materials used during the supervision/assembly procedure from warehouse documents. After enabling the option of tracking the identification of items in the warehouse, supervision has the option of pairing the resource with the unique identifier of the material released from the warehouse. As a result, the resource receives parameters exactly the same as the issued material. For example, steel of heat X was received in the warehouse. After releasing it for assembly of a specific structure in the resources, during registration of supervision for this material and after scanning the code from it, the system will automatically transfer the selected heat X to the assembled resource. This will allow for a clear determination of the materials used for assembly.

Supervision - initialize a new supervision template when we reach some state(s) in another template

Added a new option for supervision status. It allows you to initialize a new supervision template for a given resource after reaching the selected state of the current template. This allows the resource to be gradually incorporated into subsequent stages of the process without the need to manually initialize new templates or create backups of all types of templates.

For example, we can use this option to specify that if we reach the status of 'At destination' in the 'Delivery' supervision template, a supervision template dedicated to subsequent operations, for example 'Preliminary assembly', will be automatically activated for a given supervision.

Supervision - parameter registration with execution of the equation and writing to the (other) parameter

The possibilities of observed parameters have been expanded. From now on, it is possible to react to saving a parameter. 019 aweb 3612 99c0b
019 aweb 3612 37e27
019 aweb 3612 e512e

This allows, for example, to increase the total number of parameters in the parent resource after performing operations on child resources. This means that if we have a parent resource "Ceiling level I" and in the child resources we have 100 detailed assembly elements, e.g. "ceiling construction", then after writing the supervised parameter for "ceiling construction", we can automatically increase the "Total area of the installed ceiling" parameter in the "Ceiling level I" resource ".
