Introduction to examples
This section contains examples from the area of maintenance. All descriptions focus on functions supporting maintenance teams. We serve both internal teams, i.e. for one client (yourself), but also external teams that carry out service and maintenance work for many external clients.
The examples show the possibilities for both cases, the system configuration depends on the selected implementation model and enabled functions. Most of them can be enabled/disabled by the user administrator. Some require configuration during deployment. In case of doubt, please submit an inquiry via the helpdesk system. |
- Technical rounds
-
The document describes in the form of use cases the use of the technical rounds module. The rounds allow you to register key information regarding the verification of the operation of the technical installation. With the round path, we define the activities to be performed during the implementation of these works. These activities may include answering questions, carrying out measurements and additional tasks, e.g. taking a photo, reading an RFID tag in a control place. All data is performed in a fully digital manner using mobile devices.
- Technical rounds - use of bluetooth beacons
-
The document describes the use of bluetooth beacons to automate technical rounds by automatically verifying the employee’s location and automatically updating the round list due to the employee’s movement.
- Inspections of measuring devices
-
The document shows how to define in the AMAGE system the supervision of inspections of measuring devices. The example shows the use of modules responsible for the structure of devices and inspections to perform this work.
- Bulk inspections
-
The document shows how to perform bulk inspections that group multiple resources within a selected location tree. These inspections can be initiated and performed by employees directly from the mobile interface, and then completed with the devices being inspected. The document shows how such an inspection can be prepared and executed with minimal preparation.
- Inspections, control works
-
The document describes, in the form of examples, the management of the periodic inspection process within a given enterprise. Depending on the requirements, the machine park and fixed equipment require periodic inspections and inspections. The system makes it easy to schedule the execution of such activities, keeps track of performance periods and reminds you of deadlines. It also monitors device parameters, e.g. operating hours, and generates inspections based on them. Templates of such performances may contain a series of questions, measurements and tasks to be performed on individual devices. All operations are performed fully digitally on mobile devices, whether by plant employees or external subcontractors
- Organization of employee rights
-
The document describes an example of functional organization of authorizations and division of responsibilities within the maintenance system (AMAGE Maintenance). Some general division of the functional scope and division of responsibilities has been adopted in medium-sized enterprises, where there is already a division into responsibilities
- Management and entry of service events
-
The document contains a shortened user guide of the AMAGE Web application in the field of service events. The document focuses only on the application available via a web browser and covers the process of configuring the flow of information regarding service events, but also further operation and reporting faults during the operation of the system.
- Service event management for external customers
-
The document describes the management of service requests in the context of many external customers. This case concerns a company that uses this solution to carry out repair/service work for external customers (many). By means of configuration, the system allows you to enable additional mechanisms and functions, such as extended service request data, service protocols and functions that improve access to this data via the Customer Portal.
- Management and supervision of LOTO procedures
-
The document describes the mechanism of management and supervision of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures in the AMAGE system and their integration with other elements of solutions in the field of safe work (work permits) and the maintenance system. The LOTO module is available in the main section of the
Safety
system.
