2023-01-02 - customer service events, service protocols
The service module is expanded to implement support for large organizations and external customers. By incorporating implementation options, the service module is expanded to support multiple customers and service protocols
- customer property
-
Customer properties for individual service events allow you to indicate the customer (yay! :) but also a number of information relevant to this type of event, such as notification dates, service contract, reporting and contact persons, etc.
- service protocols
-
Service reports allow you to add detailed work reports to individual service events. The system allows for the definition of many protocols for one event, e.g. when working on a notification requiring several trips. In the protocol, we can define a number of information necessary for the correct settlement of the protocol - cost of spare parts, serial numbers of the replaced devices, financial properties of the protocol (costs of man-hours, costs of materials and travel). Everything in one place with the ability to quickly generate a protocol.
The functionality does not affect users who want to manage service events within the scope of one organization and/or do not need service protocols for them. In such cases, the interface does not have this data/information. |
