Lots of small changes and improvements

Preparations for the release of version 1.17.0.0 took a very long time. A lot of changes appeared until the last release of the system for all users. It has been several months now. In the meantime, we were constantly working on functionalities and modifications. Some of them found their way into test versions for customers who were waiting for them. Nevertheless, in the end we think we have so refined the notification interface that we can start a continuous release process.

From this version, releases will be much more frequent. All features/fixes will be communicated to users immediately during the release via a notification mechanism.

From now on, if there is something new/relevant information for users, the help icon will light up with a number indicating the news.

The rest about features and notifications already in the help/messages/changes window, of course. There are a lot of them.

Newsletters from now on will only have an informative role with a period of several months. There will only be aggregate, general information about what has appeared in the system. All details will already be available in the application.
