Planning and performing work in the supervision module

Introduction

The document describes the method of scheduling work execution in the supervision module. The supervision module allows, in addition to tracking the status of individual supervised resources, to organize work and indicate the schedule for the implementation of individual stages of the supervised set of resources. In this document we show how you can create a schedule and then monitor it.

Create a supervision schedule

All supervised elements have the option of specifying the schedule for the execution of individual stages of a given supervision template and assigning responsible persons to this scope. This allows you to divide the work and make this information available to employees using a mobile application.

To assign work, select the 'Execution schedule' action from the context menu of selected supervision elements.

Elements for the plan are selected using appropriate filters, Selecting elements through filters, selecting individual elements or dragging the mouse over the elements to be selected.

After selecting elements and enabling the schedule action, a window appears that allows you to define a work schedule.

  • Information about the number of elements. The (I) button provides information about the specific selected items.

  • Template - automatically selected template based on selected elements for which we define the target state

  • Expected state - the state we want to achieve within this schedule

  • Expected date - the date by which the expected state should be achieved. With the Today/Tomorrow buttons, we can easily set the target date

  • Assigned - a person assigned to a given scope of work

  • Work order - optionally, a work order to which we assign certain elements in order to monitor work

After approval of the schedule, the data appears in the Executions tab. In the list we have information about the supervised item, the expected goal, the current status and visually the progress of work.

If, when creating the schedule, we assigned performances to a work order, such information appears in the given order.

For each record, we have the option of going to a specific supervision element, we can also change the supervision status from here, open the details of a given element in a new window and delete a given schedule.

All elements in the schedule view can be filtered by general available parameters (type, category, etc.) and by elements specific to the execution schedule.
