Registration of employee’s working time
Introduction
The document presents the mechanism for recording employee attendance using information cards and the AMAGE mobile application in attendance recorder mode. The mobile application allows you to quickly and conveniently register employee attendance, as well as view registration history.
Attendance registrations
A mobile device with the AMAGE application allows for quick and convenient registration of employee attendance. Just scan the employee’s information card and the system will register his or her presence. In case of an incorrect reading, registration may be canceled. The application also allows you to view the registration history and change the registration mode to exit.
We mount the device in the place where employees will register in such a way that the device screen is visible to the employee. The employee brings the information card to the device’s NFC reader and the system will register his or her presence. In the AMAGE shell application, we enable continuous screen display to make the application available to employees. This configuration of the device allows for any and quick setup of an attendance recording station, either on a construction site or in any other workplace.
In the AMAGE mobile application, we enable the attendance registration mode.
After loading, the module displays the initial window with information about the selected input/output operating mode and basic information about the operation of the application.
After applying the information card to the device’s NFC reader, the system will register the employee’s presence. Basic information about the employee and his photo, if it has been previously added to the system, are displayed.
In case of an incorrect reading, registration may be canceled. To do this, press the "Cancel" button. The system will notify the user about the cancellation of registration with the message Registration canceled
.
The user can change the operating mode to output at any time. To do this, press the "Exit" button. The information presented on the device screen and the color of the button then change.
We can check the employee’s registration history at any time. To do this, press the button with the hourglass icon, i.e. History
. The system will display a list of all employee registrations along with the date and time of registration. This makes it easier to verify whether a given person has registered in the system.
All registrations are saved in the system and can be viewed in the main application interface. After loading the view, all attendance registrations are presented in the system, and in the employee’s detailed view, a list of attendance registrations only for this employee.
Based on this information, we can calculate the employee’s presence time in the main system and use it to collect information about the time allocated to perform tasks within the system.
The presented functionality is not strictly Working Time Registration in accordance with the requirements of labor law. This data may be sent to the HR system for further processing. |
