Introduction to examples
This section contains general and uncategorized examples. The documentation presents the general mechanisms and functions of the system and shows how to use the system and additional devices/materials to implement specific business processes.
Work structure - work orders, contracts, agreements
- Monitor work reporting on work order
-
The document shows the possibilities of reporting performed works in work orders. After enabling detailed reporting of the work performed, the system presents forms during the change of their status that allow you to record the time worked, the scope of work, the participation of people in the brigade and the materials used.
- Possible progress and status reports for work orders
-
The document presents the possibilities of reporting work performed as part of work orders. Using the available reports, we have the ability to create lists and information on the work performed and the current status (progress) of work orders.
- Work orders/lease - grouping into collective elements
-
The document shows how lists of work orders/construction elements can be linked together. This allows you to create data in the system using a tree of dependencies between orders. This facilitates navigation and grouping of information. We will base the example on the lease settlement system. The system has a number of structural elements, all of which are grouped into one lease settlement order. This allows for a quick review of delivery documents related to the main settlement account, but also division into individual structural elements in order to analyze the implementation of activities.
- Comprehensive import of work order data
-
The document describes the mechanism for importing comprehensive information specifying work orders in the system into the AMAGE system. This data includes basic information about orders, but also attachments/documentation facilitating the implementation of work, material lists necessary for their execution and the history of work performed.
- Work order export interface
-
The purpose of this article is to describe the possibility of exporting work progress data recorded using the work orders module. This module records information about individual tasks/orders. Employees log in them information on the work performed, registered working hours and people participating (in the case of team work). This data consists of two sets of data - work orders and summary information about them, and work order history, i.e. a record of each change in the order history (status, people, hours, notes).
- Order and warehouse management
-
The document describes (to a limited extent) the process of supervision over the implementation of the construction process using the modules of work orders, orders and deliveries, and warehouse turnover. The aim is to enable supervision over the deliveries of elements to the construction site, verification of the completeness of materials to perform individual tasks and distribution of these materials directly on the construction site. In addition, employees performing work ordered by means of work orders register controlling information such as the current status of the task, persons carrying out work (for team work) and hours worked on given tasks.
