Technical information

Academy

Also available in the help system is the AMAGE Academy - a separate set of documentation in the form of tutorials, video help and instructions on how to perform certain actions in the system. We encourage you to take look at it.

Select the 'AMAGE Academy' action in the AMAGE system or navigate from the documentation view (lower left corner) to the Academy using the selector available there.

Contact

Visit www.amagesystems.com to download detailed information about the AMAGE system and to contact the sales and distribution department. The site provides detailed information on functionality, additional modules and allows direct contact with the manufacturer.

Bug reporting

You can add a report through the support portal — it is accessible through the system’s home page. To report an error by email, write to support@amagesystems.com. In the email, please include all the information necessary to easily identify the customer, contact information (email phone) description of the problem encountered and how to repeat the error. A service employee will contact in accordance with the established SLA service policy.

Access to bug reporting by email and through the support portal is available only to customers who have been registered in this system. Other users are requested to contact such authorized persons or by contacting them through the general contact form on the website.

Access for other users to the support system (non-SLA) is provided directly in the application in the help menu. Select the 'Report a problem' action
