Service Notes

After entering the list of service notes, the user is presented with the notes that were created in the current offline mode session.

The list of notes contains only those notes that were created locally in the current offline mode session. After uploading/synchronizing data, these notes disappear !

Service notes are divided into sections:

All - all service notes.
Photo notes - photographic notes.
Audio Notes - audio recordings
Text notes - text notes.

While offline, the user has the option of deleting notes that he or she does not want to be synced in the next sync session.

Adding service notes

Service notes are added either on their own, i.e., when there is a need for such a note, or in the context of the service request or inspection work being performed.

Text note

A text note allows you to save text and information necessary for further action.

Audio note

An audio note records information from a microphone selected in the system. This allows you to record notes where regular text notes cannot be entered

Microphone parameters, recording and other hardware properties are set in the parameters of the operating system.

Photo note

After selecting the action of adding a new photo note, it is possible to record a photo from the preferred (set in options) camera/apparatus.

The user can change the resolution of the photo being taken through the buttons available at the top of the window. Choose from three photo qualities (resolutions): Highest, Medium and Lowest quality.
