Introduction

The AMAGE FX application is designed to run on mobile devices equipped with the Windows operating system. The app is used to view object data in the AMAGE system and to access data on site.

The application uses a native executable and a local database. This allows the application to work both online (directly accessing all the data of the AMAGE system) and offline (storing some of the information required to perform specific operations). It also uses a mechanism to synchronize data automatically (e.g. after detecting the docked state of the device on the docking station).

Due to its ability to be installed on Windows/Linux mobile devices as well as desktop devices with a touch panel, the application can also be used as a data access kiosk for example in a service center.
