Work orders

Upon launch, the main view will display a list of orders assigned to the logged-in user. This view is the default, while the user can switch between the following tabs:

  • For Me - a list of work orders for the currently logged-in user.

  • For department - list of orders assigned to the department of the logged-in user.

  • Still open - list of all orders that are still open

Work orders can be sorted by selecting the icons at the top of the window. You can sort by: Work Order Name, Work Order Start Date, Work Order Expected Completion Date, and by object ID. Each work order can be selected to view details through the context menu available next to each order. The execution of work order-specific actions is possible through the secondary button.

After selecting a work order, a main window is displayed showing basic information about the work order.

The user can switch between the following tabs:

  • Information - view of basic information for the selected work order.

  • Common - view detailed information for the selected work order.

  • Inspections - list of Inspections assigned to the selected order.

  • Service events - list of service events assigned to the selected work order

Status Change

Each work order can have a defined status: New, Fixed, In Progress, Finished, Cancelled. The user can change the state of a work order using the Change State button available in the context menu

Changing the status of a work order is possible only when the work order is assigned to a logged-in user.

In order for a user to assign a work order to themselves that is assigned to another user, they must select the selected work order, select the context menu (dash button), and perform the Take action
